Coaching
Neurocoaching for people who need their mind at its best.
Coaching grounded in how the brain learns, changes and recovers — so the shift you make in a session is still there three months later.

This is for you if…
- You're competent and respected, and privately running on fumes.
- Your attention is fragmented and deep work has stopped happening.
- You're moving into a bigger role and want to grow into it deliberately.
- You've read the books and still can't make the habits stick.
Ways to work with me
Three entry points.
Clarity Session
One focused conversation on the thing that's stuck, with a written plan you can act on the same week.
- 90 minutes, one-to-one
- Written summary and next steps
- No ongoing commitment
Clear-Mind Programme
My core neurocoaching engagement: rebuild attention, reframe the pressure response, install practices that hold.
- Six coaching sessions
- Practice design between sessions
- Email support throughout
- Progress review at week 12
Wellness Coaching
Sleep, energy, movement and recovery treated as the foundation of cognitive performance rather than an afterthought.
- Monthly sessions
- Habit and recovery focus
- Flexible pacing
The method
Notice, reframe, perform.
Notice
We map where your attention and energy actually go.
Reframe
We change the interpretation that drives the reaction.
Perform
We install practices that survive contact with your calendar.
What is NeuroCoaching?
Change that works with your brain, not against it.
NeuroCoaching is a brain-based, evidence-based approach that brings mindfulness into everyday life and helps you release what's kept you stuck. It draws on the science of mindfulness, compassionate communication, cognitive behavioural methods and tested leadership philosophies to produce results quickly.
Its foundation is a neuroscience protocol developed at the University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson University in Philadelphia and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Grounded in the work of Waldman, Newberg, Manning, Ekman, Panksepp, Seligman, Fredrickson, Siegel, Pillay, Davidson and Maso.
Reflective mindfulness
Mindfulness, creativity and association of ideas centred on core values, stimulating the brain's intuitive and reflective processes.
Intensive and collaborative
Sessions run face-to-face or by video as an intensive dialogue — an equal collaboration focused on your specific objectives.
Fast and effective
Many difficulties — including phobias, anxiety and stress responses — shift in as few as one to three sessions.
Room for hard history
One in four people carries imprints from trauma or abuse. Structured protocols help the mind release their negative consequences.
Ready to see what a few sessions can shift?
We'll spend thirty minutes on what's in your way and whether NeuroCoaching is the right fit — no pressure, no script.

A calmer, sharper mind — one email at a time
Short, practical notes on focus, mindfulness and performance. No noise, no pop-ups.
